Refer to HealthDirect for the full list of vaccination centre locations
Hampton and South Medical Clinic does not have Covid vaccines in this initial vaccination phase.
The vaccine itself is free and the service bulk billed from all vaccinating clinics.
Eligibility during this phase – phase 1b – includes adults aged 70 and over, health care workers including non-clinical staff, aboriginal patients, adults under the age of 70 with a specified medical condition and adults working in police, fire, emergency, meat processing and certain other critical/high risk services.
Bookings must usually be made online and I understand you may choose whichever vaccinating clinic is most convenient.
Vaccine supplies are limited, which is why phase 1b is expected to continue for at least 3 months.
If you do not have online access, please contact the vaccinating clinic concerned or speak to reception at Hampton and South Medical Centre.
Adults under 70 with a qualifying medical condition may wish to book an appointment here to obtain appropriate medical documentation &/or have their record uploaded to MyHealth Record.
The next vaccination phase, phase 2a, is expected to start 3 months after the current Phase 1b and will include adults aged 50 and over.
